Payments via bank transfer are available on request for group bookings or payments by institutions.
Please take particular note of the payment terms and note, that all fees have to be settled prior to the beginning of the congress.
Amendment and cancellation policy
Amendments Amendments or the booking of additional offers is free of charge. Name changes are subject to an administrative fee of 25€ and only possible prior to the cancellation of the preceding booking.
Name change – Registration substitution Name changes are subject to an administrative fee of 25€ and only possible prior to the cancellation of the preceding booking. Registrant substitutions of equal will be accepted only with written permission of the original registrant.
Late payment Late payment penalties: three times the legal interest rate on due amounts and fixed collection fee of 40€. Invoice issued by Organizers Switzerland Ltd in the name and on behalf of the SFPEADA association.
Cancellation and refund policy Cancellation requests must be sent via email to registration@organizers.ch . Please include the attendee’s name, email address and invoice number.
For cancellations the following terms and conditions are applicable:
Until May 1st, 2025: 100% of the paid participation fee refundable – 30€ administration fee due Until May 28th, 2025 : 50% of the paid participation fee refundable
Starting May 29th, 2025: 0% of the paid participation fee refundable
Double bookings or bookings, that are cancelled within 24h after the intial booking are free of charge.
Registration Confirmation and Congress Badge Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of payment. Identification badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the Registration Desk. Attendees must always wear the official congress badge and present it for admission to all ESCAP 2025 congress events.
Certificate of attendance
You will receive your certificate of attendance right after the congress via e-mail. Please check also your spam/junk folder in case you won’t receive any e-mails from our side. After the congress you will also be able to download all your documents with regard to the 21 st ESCAP congress (invoice, registration confirmation, certificate of attendance) in your personal account .
