Request for Invitation Letter

If you require an official invitation letter to support your visa application, we are happy to assist you. Please note that invitation letters can only be issued under the following conditions:

  • You must have successfully completed the conference registration process.
  • All participation fees must be fully paid.
  • The invitation letter is intended solely for visa purposes and does not guarantee visa approval.

Once your registration and payment are confirmed, you can submit your request for an invitation letter by clicking the button below.

How to Request an Invitation Letter:

  1. Register for the conference by clicking on the “Register Now” button.
  2. Complete the registration process and ensure that all fees are paid.
  3. Click on the “Invitation Letter Request” button and fill out the required details.
  4. After submitting the request, processing takes about 1-2 weeks. You will then receive your invitation letter at the email address you provided. Requests with pending registration or unpaid fees will not be processed.
